Fried Croutons


Croutons are a classic garnish. It adds flavor and texture to the soup and salad.

Ingredients:

Bread slices – 5
Oil  to fry

Method:

Cut bread into cubes and fry it in a very little oil.

Toss and turn the bread continuously  so that the cubes get all golden color.

Drain and cool the cubes and store it a air tight container.

Now it is ready to be used on soup and salads.
