Chicken & Cilantro Soup


Ground chicken – 1 cup
Chicken stock – 4 cups
Egg whites – 2 beaten
White pepper – 1 tsp
Green onion – 1 tbsp
Cilantro/ Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

To Marinate:

Salt – 1tsp
Rice wine – 1tsp
Soy sause – 1tsp


Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.

Boil the chicken stock in a large pan. Add the chicken. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the egg white until they form into fine shreds. Add the seasoning and switch off the flame.

Garnish with green onion/ scallions.
