Seven Cups

This sweet recipe is a little variation of Mysore pak.


Gram Flour/ Besan Flour – 1cup
Milk – 1cup
Grated Coconut – 1cup
Ghee/Clarified butter – 1cup
Sugar – 3cup

Combining all the ingredients the recipe has seven cups and it got the name from it.


Mix all above ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan.

Cook in medium to high flame , stirring continuously or stir that mixture doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

Cook till the mixture becomes frothy and ghee separates.

Spread the mixture in a greased plate and once it is firm cut into squares.
