Crunchy Chicken


Chicken Breast – 4 skinless
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Breadcrumbs – 2 cups
Walnuts- 1/2 cup
Almonds – 1/2 cup
Dried parsley – 1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Clean the chicken and season it with salt and pepper.

With a help of food processor finely ground the walnut and almonds. In a dish mix the ground nuts, breadcrumbs, parsley, cayenne pepper and salt.

In another dish add the buttermilk.

Place a chicken breast in the buttermilk and coat on each side and then place in the breadcrumb mixture. turn and coat evenly on both the sides. Repeat the process for the remaining chicken.

Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover it with a foil and bake for 30 minutes. remove the foil cover and bake the chicken for another 15- 20 minutes.

Let it stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
