Healthy Chicken Meatloaf


Ingredients:

Ground Chicken – 1lb ground chicken breast
Onion – 1 minced
Ketchup – ½ cup
Oats – ½ cup cooking oats
Carrot – 1 grated
Garlic – 2 cloves minced
Parsley – 2tbsp finely chopped
Egg – 1
Salt – ½ tsp
Chilly powder – ¼ tsp

Method:

Preheat oven to 350˚F

In a bowl, Mix the ground chicken, oats, onion, carrot, garlic, parsley, egg, ¼ cup of ketchup, salt and chilly powder.

Spray oil to the meatloaf pan and transfer the mixture to the pan.

Spread the remaining ketchup over the top.

Bake for 45 minutes. remove from the oven and let it stand for 10 – 15 mins before slicing.
