Chicken Fried rice


Chicken – 1lb cooked and cubed
Soy sauce – 3tbsp
Shallots – 3 finely chopped
Carrots – 1cup diced
Celery – 1 stalk diced
Red bell pepper – 1 diced
Peas – 2 tbsp
Corn – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil – 1tbsp
Cooked rice – 3 cup
Eggs – 2


Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok, pour in the egg, cook until scrambled and remove it.

Add the remaining oil in the wok, add the shallots and fry it until soft.

Now add the chicken, soy sauce and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Stir in the celery, carrot, bell pepper, corn and peas and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add the rice and mix well. Mix the scrambled egg well.
