Shrimp Fry / Prawn 65



Ingredients:

Shrimp – 1lb shelled & deveined
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Chicken 65 or Fish fry masala – 1tbsp (store bought)
Corn flour – 1cup
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Red onion – 1 finely chopped
Curry Leaves – 20
Salt to taste

Method:

In a large mixing bowl , mix prawns with Ginger garlic paste, fish fry masala, corn flour and salt.

Sprinkle water little by little until all the spices come together and sticks to the prawns.

Heat oil in a wide frying pan, add the shrimp and spread well. cook for 3 -4 mins one side and turn other side and cook for 2 -3 minutes or until the shrimp gets a crispy coat.

Add the chopped onion and curry leaves, toss it, cook for a minute.

Serve with lemon wedges.
