Sausage bites


Italian Sausage or any kind – 1 pound
Puff pastry sheet – 2 sheets frozen (thawed before use)
Brown mustard – 2 tbsp
Sri racha or Red chili sauce – 2tbsp
Cheddar cheese – 1cup grated
Egg – 1 mixed with little water for egg wash


Preheat the oven to 375º F. Bake the sausage for 15 minutes, then turn and bake it another 10 minutes or
Cook on a frying pan each side for few minutes. Remove and let it cool down.

Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry sheet, brush it with mustard sauce and hot sauce. Place the sausage and

add some grated cheese on top it and roll the dough tightly, overlapping the end and seal it with little water. Repeat the process for the other sheet.

Brush with egg wash. Egg wash is done to get the beautiful, crisp golden color crust.
Place in the oven on a oven proof tray and bake it for 30 minutes. take out of the oven let it cool down for 10 minutes, cut them diagonally into bite size pieces.

Serve them with ketchup.
